Rick Martelli has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, including practicing as a registered builder (licence 11828).

Rick is a previous building inspector for the former Builders' Registration Board and Building Commission of WA, where he provided technical services and compliance surveillance.

Rick is  a regular attendee of the State Administrative Tribunal as an expert witness, as well as a previous NatHERS assessor.

Rick also has an extensive trade background. 

Rick is able to offer clients expert advice on renovations & extensions that Inspire Your Space is engaged to undertake.

Rochelle has decades of experience in luxury, customer-centric business and her natural eye for design and innovative thinking is exuded in all of her projects.

Rochelle had recently joined the Inspire Your Space team as a design assistant & blog writer but her talents were too many to restrict to the page. 

Creating elegant yet functional spaces is where Rochelle’s passion truly resides, as evident with her years of experience assisting clients with storage solutions and intentional, productive living. As a busy mum of young twin girls, functional organisation systems for running an efficient home are her utmost priority. Team this with her passion for beautiful spaces and you have a powerhouse ready to tackle any task! 

Often found making over the organisational systems within the homes of her friends and family and tweaking design elements (sometimes without permission but ALWAYS well received), Rochelle’s capabilities for creative and innovative solutions have been extensively tested to bring a structure to her clients that work for them and require very little maintenance once established!
